Official Giveaway & Prize Claim Terms

The giveaway is organized independently by CHATapaNHT. CHATapaNHT is not a giveaway channel or giveaway company; the prize pool is funded by kind sponsors, as a way of giving back to the community that helped the channel grow. YouTube, Google, Meta, Facebook, GCash, Maya, banks, and payment providers are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of the giveaway. Where legally permitted, entrants and winners release those platforms from liability relating to the giveaway.

No purchase, payment, donation, paid membership, or fee is required to participate or claim a prize. Anyone asking for money, an OTP, an MPIN, a password, a PIN, or remote access while claiming to represent CHATapaNHT should be treated as suspicious.

Only the person who controls the YouTube account selected during the official draw may claim the corresponding prize. A winner may not sell, transfer, assign, or exchange the claim unless CHATapaNHT approves an exception in writing for a minor or another legally justified situation.

For the Road to 10K giveaway, a complete claim must be submitted by 20 September 2026 at 12:00 noon, Philippine Time. CHATapaNHT may treat claims received after this deadline as unclaimed and may roll the prize into the Road to 50K draw. The organizer may grant a reasonable extension when the winner contacted the team before the deadline and can document a legitimate technical, accessibility, medical, or emergency issue.

Winners must provide accurate contact information and reasonable evidence that they control the winning YouTube account. CHATapaNHT may require a verification comment, live video call, masked identification, or another proportionate verification method. A verification call is normally required for ₱10,000 prizes. CHATapaNHT will not ask for account passwords, OTPs, MPINs, PINs, or remote access.

A winner below 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian complete the verification process and receive the prize through a verified account. CHATapaNHT may request reasonable proof of guardianship while minimizing the personal information collected.

Approved prizes will be sent through the agreed payout method after verification. The claimant is responsible for checking the payout name and number before confirming submission. CHATapaNHT will make reasonable efforts to assist if an error occurs but cannot guarantee recovery of money transferred to incorrect details supplied and reconfirmed by the claimant.

Any tax, withholding, reporting requirement, transfer fee, currency conversion, or documentation required by applicable law or the selected payment provider will be handled as legally required and disclosed to the winner before payment where practicable.

A claim may be rejected for impersonation, falsified documents, altered screenshots, duplicate claims, account manipulation, harassment, attempted bribery, or materially false information. Before final rejection, the claimant should normally receive one reasonable opportunity to explain or correct an innocent mismatch.

CHATapaNHT may publish the winning YouTube display name, handle, draw category, and prize amount as part of administering the giveaway. A legal name, contact details, payout details, ID, verification-call image, private messages, precise location, or unredacted receipt will not be published without a separate lawful basis and, where required, explicit consent.

Entries and claims that violate YouTube’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines may be disqualified. Participation must be genuine. Automated comments, spam, fake accounts, purchased engagement, metric manipulation, and impersonation are prohibited.

CHATapaNHT may make reasonable changes needed to protect participants, correct an error, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of the giveaway. Material changes should be announced publicly. Decisions will be made fairly and based on documented evidence, subject to applicable law.

Depending on the claim, CHATapaNHT may collect the winning YouTube name and handle, channel URL, legal name, contact information, general location, age or guardian declaration, verification evidence, verification-call result, payout method and account details, transaction reference, claim history, consent records, and security/audit information.

The information is used only to confirm the rightful winner, prevent fraud and duplicate claims, communicate about the claim, arrange a verification call, pay the prize, keep necessary transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.

Access is limited to authorized CHATapaNHT administrators and service providers needed to operate the form, communications, secure storage, verification, and payment. Personal information will not be sold.

Verification screenshots, call notes, and similar claim evidence are normally deleted or anonymized within 90 days after payment or final resolution of a dispute, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for a legal obligation or legal claim. Government ID images are not stored by default. Limited transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Claimants may request access to or correction of their personal information and may raise privacy concerns using the contact addresses above. Consent for optional publicity may be withdrawn for future use without affecting a valid prize claim. Some essential information cannot be deleted until the claim, payment, or legal recordkeeping need is complete.

CHATapaNHT will never ask for your YouTube password, GCash MPIN, OTP, banking password, card PIN, or payment before releasing a prize. Claiming a legitimate prize is always free.
